  • The items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

2. How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare the Return Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Ensure that all tags, accessories, and documentation are included.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we process the returned items. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly accommodate this request. Please indicate your desired replacement item when initiating the return, and we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned product. If the exchange involves a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
